Leadership Update
We’re pleased to share an important leadership update at BAAC Construction Inc.
Effective January 7, 2026, Kelsey Black will be transitioning from Financial Controller into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this capacity, Kelsey will assume full responsibility for the Company’s financial leadership and oversight.
As part of this transition, Dale Palmer will be moving into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This change reflects the natural evolution of our leadership structure as BAAC continues to grow and scale, allowing both roles to focus on their respective areas of expertise and impact.
Kelsey has demonstrated exceptional leadership, financial stewardship, and a strong commitment to BAAC’s growth and values. Dale’s continued leadership and operational expertise will remain a critical part of our success as COO.
