Jacob Bryan is the Director of Delivery at BAAC Construction Inc., where he leads the successful delivery of telecommunications projects from planning through completion. He focuses on keeping teams aligned, supporting smooth project execution, and ensuring that every build meets the company’s standards for quality and performance. With 15 years of experience in both wireline and wireless telecommunications, Jacob brings strong technical knowledge and a steady, practical approach to complex project work. He is dedicated to building strong teams, improving processes, and helping BAAC Construction Inc. continue to grow as a trusted partner in the telecommunications construction industry.






Kris started his career in the field and worked his way up through hands-on experience in pipeline and oil and gas operations. With a strong background in project management, operations optimization, and regulatory compliance, he brings practical knowledge and leadership to every project.
Kris has a proven track record of maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality while leading cross-functional teams and implementing cost-effective, performance-driven solutions. Focused on continuous improvement, he is committed to delivering results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations in the fast-paced world of energy infrastructure.


Mark is an experienced public company board leader, senior executive and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in scaling, and governing complex organizations. He is the co-founder of Great Pacific Media, Canada’s leading documentary media group and producer of the Highway Thru Hell franchise. During his tenure, he oversaw the construction of multiple studio facilities, established a globally recognized SMS and education program. As a senior board member and President at Thunderbird Entertainment he played a key role in taking the company public, and M&A that started with the acquisition of Great Pacific in 2015. Recently he was appointed President of Cineflix Vancouver. He serves as a board member for Indigifilm, Variety Club BC, and The British Columbia Aviation Council. He is a past board member of Pitt Meadows Airport focused on a property development. As Executive Chairperson of BAAC Construction, Mark provides strategic oversight, governance leadership, and executive mentorship. He is currently authoring a book on the growth of Indigenous Business, based on his award winning Global TV documentary.


Martyn brings over 36 years of construction industry experience to BAAC, starting his career in the field and advancing through site engineering, operations, and strategic business development leadership roles. His experience spans manufacturing, industrial, and construction sectors across domestic and international markets.
A servant-style leader, Martyn is known for building strong teams, driving accountability, and delivering results. He combines big-picture strategy with hands-on involvement, ensuring vision is backed by practical execution. Grounded in humility, emotional intelligence, and integrity, Martyn leads with real-world experience and a collaborative approach.


Richard brings a rare combination of technical expertise and project leadership to BAAC, backed by extensive experience delivering large-scale telecommunications projects across Canada and the United States. Having held roles from Business Consultant to Construction Manager to Project Director with organizations such as TELUS, AFL, and Ledcor, he offers both strategic insight and operational execution strength. His multi-provincial and multi-state background has allowed him to build a strong network of contractors, stakeholders, and community partners, while his proven ability to drive customer success makes him especially effective in start-up environments, turnarounds, and high-growth initiatives.
